Sure, for you it does. What is your set-up? A high-end rig? If so, I don't have that kind of money to throw around big boy. Plus, I'm not the only one with this issue. My network is green, my setup is fine and working, the issue is the game because it's SERVER related. If you isn't got something useful OR relatable to say, then shush.
