Game unplayable, sheer chaos and totally uneven matches

I noticed the same. Every game I get put into is like 200:600 and I'm always on the losing side. Out of about 15-20 games I've played today I think I've been on the winning side twice. It's utter domination all the time with enemy just advancing, flanking and overpowering our team every time. 

Thought I'd disable cross-play to ensure I'm not playing against aim-assisted console players but apparently it's not even an option on PC. Less and less convinced I even want to get the full game at this point.
