Gameplay Does Not Feel Like Battlefield

The gameplay is far too quick and the maps too small. There is no time for any real coordination. There are players moving side-to-side 20 times a second while sniping and making accurate shots. There are players running 30mph and jumping into my face while shooting. And these actions seem to be encouraged by the game while paced and thoughtout actions are at a disadvantage. 5.56 ammunition and and sustained LMG fire do nothing to prevent someone continuing to aim and shoot me despite being the enemy being shot themselves; it takes far too many rounds to kill and suppression feels useless. Scope glint looks like a lighthouse at fullbeam and has gone as far to actually hinder players from finding the sniper's actual body, preventing making accurate shots. To me, the game doesn't feel like good Battlefield, it feels like a less bad Call of Duty.

In addition, semi-automatic fire currently has no place in the game: caliber or simply higher damage but slower rate of fire is completely outdone by automatic fire in every situation. Why does 5.56 have the same damage output as 9mm?
