Grenades in BF6 are thrown like paper balls. They're thrown away too fast. The animation needs to be slowed down and include the pin-pulling; that's classic battlefield. As it is the current grenades are very CoD-like and not very Battlefield.
You mean you press grenade button and it throws instantly..... try to long press the key and then release - then he will throw it as long as soldier is able to !
When exposed (for snipers) we do not want to have a slow mo throw. If what you wrote - then we need to "cook" the nade and then throw it.
Not to mention that they look like orange flares... Also the physics are a little off imo.
Yeah, the grenade style / art is kinda lame. Same for the physics, feels like throwing a granite block, a leaf can block the nade and that bounce back.
Col_Larsen Ok you can "cook" the nade and throw it, but the quick throw is too way faster, they should increase a bit the throwing animation. In the actual build if you click and then "flick" vertically to throw it instantly due many gameplay situations that needs to be done quickly, the nade goes in front of you (ie: wrong trajectory) instead where you aiming.
4 other friends that played the Beta noticed this kind of "desync" with the quick throw.
BF6 regressed in this direction terribly. Look at BF3 or BF4, grenade throwing animations actually existed.
It's very simple Dice, listen: You pull out the grenade, then you pull out the safety pin from it AND THEN you can throw it!
This can all be done within 1 second as it was in BF3, but for that 1 second you are vulnerable to getting shot.
In BF6 however grenades are turned into an infantry version of vehicle countermeasures, they just INSTANTLY shoot out of your right hand! - Pathetic, disgusting and honestly I expected better from Dice...
