Guns/attachment balance

So most people have been complaining about recoil and laser beam guns, and I don't think the problem is the guns themselves, but rather it's the attachments and lack of much bloom. Currently, the attachments have mostly positives and not nearly enough negatives. For example, you can stack a grip and a muzzle break, and it makes the gun braindead easy to control just by unlocking the first attachments, and the more you unlock, they seem to make it even easier to control with hardly any downside or at least downsides that make you weigh your options carefully. They need to change the effect grips have, like instead of better recoil control, they can improve various things like hipfire or just better horizontal or vertical recoil only, while making the barrel attachments control either recoil or accuracy, but not both. Like in BF4, you could either choose something like a heavy barrel and stubby grip for maximum spread reduction, but not help with recoil. While putting a muzzle break would decrease the recoil, but the gun has more spread.  BF4 did have some intense bloom, but currently, all the guns are just super easy to use. Not saying it's not fun, but I'd rather master the control and spread of a gun I like rather than just holding the trigger down on any of the guns, it just makes them all feel the same and not very unique or engaging to use. If this does get changed, the bloom should be increased on the base guns in order to balance the whole system out. I think the damage is fine,  it's mostly a problem at range with people getting "laser beamed and I think a slight bloom increase would help as much as it doesn't sound appealing to most people. On another note, I think the  M417 has a good balance compared to the other rifles simply because of the recoil, slower fire rate, and ammo capacity, while the M433 seems to have hardly any negatives, like why would I use any other gun on any class when I can just melt people with that gun with zero recoil. They could just adjust the guns themselves, but like I said before, I think the bigger issue is the attachments and their overlapping positives.
