Helicopters feel over-nerfed. Balance feedback

I understand why some players feel helicopters are too strong . I’ve been on the receiving end myself. But having over 10k heli kills in BF4, I can say with confidence that helicopters have never been unkillable. Two stinger users near each other or on opposite ends of a map can completely shut down a heli, and even a single player determined enough can make the enemy teams helicopters irrelevant.

The recent nerfs in BF6 feel like they went a bit too far. Right now, stingers:

Lock on through terrain and cover (I’ve been locked while entirely behind the central mountain on Liberation Peak).

Reach across extremely long distances that feel excessive.

Can sometimes 1-hit kill at full health, and almost always if the heli has taken even light damage.

For example, I’ve spawned into a heli, in spawn location, without even lifting off the ground and received a lock on. I do eventually lift the bird but before I even lifted the missle was enough route to the bird. You can see that the missle did impact the mound in front of me and this wasn't just a bug. That doesn’t feel like fair counterplay, it feels broken.

Helicopters should be counterable, but the balance right now makes them frustrating to play without rewarding skillful piloting. I think a healthier middle ground would be:

Preventing lock-ons through terrain.

Slightly reducing lock-on range.

Making stinger damage more consistent (not insta-kill unless heli is already low).

I’m not trying to say helis should dominate, just that they should be viable. Right now it feels like they’re being suppressed out of the game. This isn't even mentioning the damage output of them. It probably takes 3 perfect strafes to kill a tank, if your lucky. Meanwhile, jets can take them out with one mediocre strafe. That's a separate discussion in its entirety.

Curious to hear if other pilots or even infantry players are seeing the same issues. Attached is a clip showing the absurd stinger effectiveness, range capability and ability to lock when not even visible.
