LMGs have to provide proper suppression/scope sway against players using snipers

It's a must, players using snipers shouldn't be able to take effective shots when there's bullets landing all around and getting hit by them, it's ridiculous when you're laying a box of rounds down range with your SAW against one of them and they pick you off so effortlessly due to no suppression. 

Also, the 50 cals on top of transport vehicles especially need to have the same effect.
