Rtx4080 ,i9-9900kf, 32gb ram, ssd, 1080p here, settings low/med/high and CPU at max 60% and GPU at max 50% in afterburner i cant get more then around 45 fps! Tried many settings, no luck. Btw In BFV i have 120.
Same thing happening to me, similar specs. I ask others in chat and they claim they're getting way better frames on worse rigs, really weird.
