Low fps on good system

Is anyone else having issues with framerate? I have a 5070 with a ryzen 9 5900x and I struggle to get over 100 steady fps which seems strange seeing people with 5060’s get more on higher settings. I’ve tried messing with all graphics settings and have found dlss to work the best but something still feels off when I drop 20-30 fps in some engagements. I even tried to overclock and it didn’t help much. 
And yes I’ve updated my drivers….                                       Overall I just hope they optimize a bit more before full release.
