Make snipers class specific

or at the very least, remove them from assaulter.

I've always been a Sniper in battlefield. Being able to use a Sniper+carbine/shotgun+grenade launcher
feels a bit much. its somehow worse than just running around with a Glock and a sniper combo on BF4(which everyone already complained about when that was used)

It seems a little too swiss army knife
