Hello, I'm playing BF games since BF2, I know the franchise changed its player target and now is a more CoD gamer focused game but there some things DICE should take care to give us a really good BF...

Agree with everything but some slight changes to respaw.
You are only penalized if you off yourself or don't hold the revive request, that way it will give medics time to revive and give insensitive to try to stay alive. If you didn't get revived but held the request button then you should get a quick revive (keep the current respaw as is in this case)
It does feel like you start playing hide an seek with progression challenge as your enemies get dropped
