Need additional key bind for “equip melee weapon”

Currently you have to hold a designated button to “pull out” your knife. VS the melee attack is just on “press”. I would love to see an option to reverse these toggles OR give an additional bind option to pull out the knife.

you run much faster with your knife out like many other games which is cool. But having to hold button just to equip it is goofy when the attack is on press.
