Netcode/HitReg and how it ruins DMRs (videos attached)

Im not seeing netcode issues in the videos, im seeing you just missing shots and you aiming good but still missing bc of bloom/spread from firing too fast or shooting while moving and or standing up. I can clearly see the bullet impacts on the ground and walls or tracer rounds missing the target most of the time. The bullet spread was bugged on some ocasions tho so that didnt help much either but its not the net code/hit reg.
