Oh there's an issue, i can see that but its not the netcode, its mostly the insane bloom that dmr's(and other guns to a lesser extent) have and you can learn how to mitigate it but for dmr's it makes them rather useless even if you do, i know this bc i learned how to make the bullets hit, you have to stay still, cant flick shot so steady aim on target and you have to wait after each shot for the gun to settle otherwise the bullets will just fly all over the place. Its stupid and i rather have dice fix/rebalance THAT than chase some minor netcode issues that may or may not exist bc people dont have the eyesight to see that they are missing shots despite having the reticle on the enemy and not realising that, thats just how the game is designed. thinking oh must be bad hit reg is the biggest cope, there is video evidence that you can pause and see that the bullets miss their intended target, Steeve even made it easy for you and posted screenshots but you chose to ignore the evidence and still blame the hit reg, who's the clown here?
