i think if you unplug your controller and then just plug it back in, the haptics malfunction or something. a bit of a 'dicey', fix. eheh

If you use a wired connection for your PS5 controller, you can use an app called SignalRGB and lower the intensity. I still have a little bit of resistance but it is WAY better than before.

Download the playstation accessories app and leave it open while playing the game. it will turn it off automatically

Same with PS5, should be a setting ingame, but its only changable at ps5 controller settings itself. A (seemingly) bug that the adaptive triggers get heavier throughout playing doesnt help either.
