Putting the center inner deadzone settings to 0 in game (either left or right stick) does not actually equals ZERO DEADZONE!
Its 2025 and you guys are still implementing this crap like its a ps3 game?
Have the values be TRUE PLEASE. It helps a TONNE having absolute zero centre deadzone for aiming.
Only way around it ATM is through software using anti-deadzones for controllers but this is NOT IDEAL.
Same! I cannot play on anything more than 1-2 deadzone. In this game it’s gotta be like 5+ at least.
That leads me to ask, is the 2000 value true zero? If not then I don't see this as a fix.
This doesn't fix it all all. Tried this and deadzone is still there. The game recognizes the controllers fine, the problem is there is a built-in deadzone. Likely cos the input dev sucks and just copy pasted code from ps3 days. Only way is to use anti-deadzone which also sucks.
Dude 1000%. Was driving me crazy I spent atleast 3 hours trying to find a hidden setting I have a dual sense edge and 8 deadzone on cod is sensitive and I put 0 and it’s still massive. I played BF BC2, 4 and 2042. Went to play bf5 for the first time yesterday and no one of those games felt like that. I tried wvery setting
Yes dude it was driving me crazy I spent hours tweaking every setting and nothing fixed it I’m so confused how they could release a game with the most important part of any game broken. The mechanics

BF veteran here, adding one more to the pile to get this request the attention that it deserves... We need to have an option to actually set the deadzone, please.
