Hello I have the fix for this issue... Apparently the game is showing that controllers are not supported and this is the cause of this issue. The fix is to enable steam input then click on Steam icon -> Settings -> Controller -> Calibration and Advanced Settings, there, put both Left and Right Joystick deadzone to lowest (2000). Then just play the game... <3. See you on the Battlefield.
PS. If this has not fixed select Gamepad as Template in the controller configurator
This doesn't fix it all all. Tried this and deadzone is still there. The game recognizes the controllers fine, the problem is there is a built-in deadzone. Likely cos the input dev sucks and just copy pasted code from ps3 days. Only way is to use anti-deadzone which also sucks.
