Respawn Button?
Maybe I missed it but I couldn't find a respawn button in the menu. I had died but was revived and instantly killed again then I was just stuck like I was dead but had no option to respawn/revive. Ultimately I had to leave the game cause I had no other option. Perhaps a button should added to the menu to respawn.
