Scope glint, frags more damage, siege of Cairo map

Scope glint is way too bright, needs to be toned down massively as it ruins the whole sniper class.

Seen multiple people survive a frag when it is right next to them, seems to be quite tame?

Seige of Cairo on breakthrough is poor when attacking, its so difficult to get through and very easy to defend with all the bottlenecks you can get stuck in.
