Sights glow/color adjustments.

I find it hard to see the reticles of some sights, particularly the ones that use red reticles as they seem to dim.

A setting to adjust the color and/or glow of sights similar to what battlefield 4 had would be appreciated. Alternatively, increasing the brightness of sights by default would also solve the issue.
