Missing or Limited Settings: Sensitivity, FOV, and Firing Range Adjustments

A couple things missing or not working right?

There is no option to adjust normal infantry sensitivity or its acceleration for controller.

FOV does not impact the gun and hands making it look worse, (larger and misproportioned), at higher values. Maybe this does not work in firing range at all.

The values for adjusting allow for decimal points, which is nice for fine tuning, not so nice when larger changes. Maybe allow r1 or something to move larger values.

There is no way to adjust settings in firing range. Its nice to be able to change settings when testing weapons as well.
