Sometimes Spawning Doesn't Work

I've had multiple times where my respawn timer finishes and I select my spawn point to respawn and nothing happens. When I hit escape and then go back to the spawn menu after, I can get in no problem. To my knowledge my console isn't open and my respawn timer is definitely done so I'm not sure why it happens. I haven't been able to figure out a reason to why it happens as its not consistent.

Mind you, this happens both during a match (multiple times in the same match) and between matches. Not a massive issue. Just a bit of an annoyance/confusion.
