Spawn on Squad Mates

Just think the only way to spawn on a team mate should be the squad leader, Recon spawn beacons,  Vehicles, or captured points. I know a lot of hate is going to come to this comment. Just think it would force players to work more as a squad and use more strategy. Also to add to that would be a respawn timer. I don't know how many times I've seen myself or even team mates rush a solo then odds are against you because his three squad mates spawned on him because you didn't suppress him/ engage with. Plus the respawn timer gives you chance to get those beautiful knife animations/finishers. Or simply make the engagement cycle longer on players as many will engage then run and hide and immediately become unengaged allowing team mates to spawn on him or her.
