still too fast

The game feels way too fast for my liking. My biggest problem is the lack of penalties for running and shooting. There should be a large aim cone while moving and for a short time after stopping. I've had plenty of moments where I'm stationed in a strategic spot, defending a flag, keeping a close watch on an alley with my crosshair ready, only for someone to pop out and instantly kill me—or vice versa, where I’ve done the same to others who are set up defensively. There really needs to be some kind of penalty for shooting on the move.
