Tank cook off animation is wrong

In game, when tanks are killed they cook off and their turret gets thrown off the tank. The tank In game is modelled after the Abrams. In the abrams all of the ammo is stored in the turret bustle which has blowout panels to protect the crew from an ammo cook off. So if the ammo catches fire there should be a large fireball on the back of the turret but it shouldn’t fling the turret off the tank.
