That's exactly the kind of throwaway line you use when you’ve either missed or ignored the bigger picture. The fact is, helicopters have been deliberately gutted since 2042, not by accident, but by design, pal. The devs have been making them rigid, turning them into liabilities for one reason: to nudge players toward infantry play. So no, it’s not about players wanting to solo with a helicopter and be invincible. It’s about recognizing when a core pillar of battlefield’s identity has been sabotaged in plain sight. If you can’t see that, you’re either fine with being funneled into a CoDlite experience… or you’re exactly the kind of player they had in mind when they made the change.
Strange, my brother and I have no problems breaking people off with the Apache, none at all. Perhaps if you used it as the ambush predator it is, versus the brawler you want it to be you would have better luck. less qq more pewpew homegirl.
