There needs to be a cool-down on the defibrillators.

Being able to revive 5 people in a matter of seconds is broken IMO.  You can go from one kill away from a squad wipe to a 5-6 player swing while defending a point.  Maybe a 3-5 second cooldown in...

I'm pretty sure the defib cool down is a good 250 Ms. I've heard enemies revive an entire squad in about 1-2 seconds spamming it. If they do that make them get up at 20% HP. Yeah I think that's busted too.
