So why hasn't this been a problem the whole time dice used 30/60hz servers,?

Even community servers all used 60hz and were fine.

wrong, the issue was never resolved or addressed by EA/Dice as far as I'm aware. It was a problem in BF3 and BF4.

CoD doesn't have this issue.
