Toggle Scope (without having to zoom)

In previous titles you could toggle top accessory's like iron sight or scope magnifier without having to zoom in. This meant you could change between your main scope and iron sights on the fly without having to zoom. (ie as your about to run into a building) 

Currently in BF6 you have to zoom in first, then toggle the scope. So for example before entering a building, I have to stop, zoom in. Then toggle the scope before I can enter said building for close quarters combat. That workflow just doesn't make sense. I'm sure it's just an oversight but if we can change the scope toggle to 'always' instead of 'when zoomed'.
