I just wonder if Zoom mulitplier is suppopsed to be set for the particular optics model, isn't it? For example, there is a switchable zoom value AR optics model which allows to choose from x2 to x6 zoom multiplier. I'm not sure about the model name, I just remember its price was 25 points, it was the most expensive one.
As the name suggests, "Soldier Zoom Sensitivity" refers to the mouse sensitivity for each optical zoom. It allows you to change the sensitivity for each zoom type. This is simply an accessibility feature. It makes the game easier to play for everyone. Basically just saying, it's available in the previous games, so why not in the newest one?
