It would be awesome to be able to use pistol while being injured

No this is not **bleep**ing Last Stand crap. This is not some mw3 deathstreak type bs. THIS IS BATTLEFIELD.
Such mechanics were being hated on every game they were at.
The most that could be possible is to allow the downed person to crawl like 3 total meters from where they fall to make it less of a death trap for the medic
