Vehicles feel too squishy by default, but repair too quickly

Vehicles feel like paper mache without an engineer on your **bleep** the whole time, being eliminated consistently in 3 rockets, and occasionally in 2. This, combined with extremely fast RPG reloads and quick health regen for infantry make their survivability terrible....unless you have a few engineers on your **bleep**.

Engineers can repair at an UNEBLIEVABLE rate. Too fast. I've had instance where I've damaged an IFV low enough that it was 1-shot from death, I pulled up to deliver the final blow, and it was literally at near-full health within 5 seconds from my previous shot. That's unbelievable. 

Vehicle play should NOT be entirely dependent on how many of your teammates are on your **bleep**, because that removes most of the agency from the actual vehicle pilot. There WILL be games where your team just ignores you and never makes an effort to repair. Vehicles shouldn't be unusable in those games, and they shouldn't be invincible if your team decides they all want to repair you at once. 

Repairs should be slower and capped at a certain number of people, and vehicles should be by default a bit more survivable.

    Are you talking about the sluggish turret turn-speed? If so, yes I did notice, I even made a post about it already. It feels like wading through molasses.

    Didn't the turning used to also be more tank like, literally tank controlls, now it's stick direction relative.
