The reason you didn't see as many cheaters in BF3 and 4 is because the servers almost always had like 3 or more plugins that check stats and other things along with reporting to admins and active admins. Since there will be community servers, you have to find a good one with active admins and it will be lessened. Every multiplayer game has cheaters, it is impossible to get rid of them fully. However, with the updated anticheat in BF1, 5 and 2042, I haven't seen a cheater in a long, long while. At least a blatant one or someone I felt was sus enough to report. I didn't even see someone sus in the beta. Thats just personal experience but again, theres only so much that can be done.
People are already whining about secureboot without knowing what it actually is and it is another step to stop cheating, yet people complain.
I'm not worry about the secure boot , I seen the data they share on bans they done . So there was some positive info from EA/DICE.
Cheating will happen , sad really. If community servers like in the past , there shouldn't be much of a issue . It can happen but people will band together and boot that person out asap , I seen that happen a lot in older games ,during their time .
If true :Hear also DS4windows was a tool use to cheat to degree mostly in COD , they are banning that also .Their doing more then I thought they would , so some faith is put back into the IP .
