Hi,
First, if you play on EA, activate the in-game overlay.
Relaunch and see if it changes.
If that doesn't change create a file with Notepad called "user.cfg".
Copy this inside and replace the 6 and 12 with your processor's specifications:
Thread.ProcessorCount 6
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 6
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12
If you're not familiar with this, go into the game and enable the FPS indicator. There will be a green line in the top left corner with the processor's specification like for example for me:
CPU Core: 12 Job threads: 6
Place this file in the game folder.
This solves the problem for some people
I have been playing it on steam, but I will try out the second option. Thanks for the hint!

If you are using nvidia use driver version 577 as it is more stable
