Perform a game update in the EA app. Then it should work.
After waiting in a queue of 250000 people, I got into the game, pressed 'Start', and an error popped up in the top right corner. This happens every single time I press the button <**UNKNOWN ERROR 5 AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED. // DICEONLINEERROR_UNKNOWN [225008S] P:824641779**>. What should I do about this? How do I fix it?
After about 2 minutes of queueing for conquest I get this error message:
UNKNOWN ERROR
AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED: // DICEONLINEERROR_UNKNOWN \(223004S) P:824479386

Same here I just keep on trying but nothing
So this was fixed for the conquest mode after downloading the 6.9GB patch that I didn't have before.
