Anticheat error upon game start - please help

I am getting this error upon starting the game. I have tried downloading the game via EA and Steam. I'm getting the same error for the Anticheat program. Screenshot attached. I have also attached my dxdiag

EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC.: C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (1053) 

Here's what I have already tried:

  • Updated BIOS to the latest
  • Enabled secure boot - Windows UEFI standard. confirmed this in msinfo32
  • Enabled fTPM in BIOS
  • disabled CPM in BIOS
  • Updated windows 11 to the latest
  • Updated Nvidia and all other drivers to the latest. I am on 580.88 for nvidia
  • Tried reinstalling the game multiple times
  • Closed ALL other application except for steam and ran the game
  • whitelisted bf6event.exe, EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe from the firewall and other security settings
  • Tried uninstalling all anticheat via EAAntiCheat installer
  • Tried the repair option from EAAnticheat installer
  • Run Steam and other executables in administrator mode
  • Tried verifying file integrity from Steam and repair game from EA app
  • Confirmed that the disk where BF6 is installed is GPT
  • Reinstall digital certificates for EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe
  • I have also tried every solution suggested in this post: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/f1-24-technical-issues-en/re-error-7-1053-with-anticheat-/8435134

Can someone please help me on how to resolve this? Also, is there somewhere I can find the error log for this anticheat program? Thanks
