same issue with case no help no service through EA

I'm having the same issue, unfortunately nothing I did worked.

Same issue for me.

i bought the game early and then this happens. i refunded and im not paying **bleep** until it gets fixed

I have same issue only thing I could find was saying it was a soft ban and could be fixed in 24hours

How long have you been dealing with it?

Played for two hours earlier, came back after an hour away and now I cannot load in. Get in the que and then once its my turn to load on it gives me the 65537Q error.

been 5 hours for me i cant find where i found that info at now 

Guessing no ones found a fix yet? I've tried reinstalling, verifying files clearing ea cache, enabling 2fa and changing password, messing with my firewall settings nothings working.

I've tried everything: - Steam Launching here -  I'm still WIN10 here and Oceania 

im wired, non of this wifi lark - I have also tried on mobile hotspot data only and still same d/c issues

done all the ipconfig /flush larks, and winsocket lark
upnp on and off
dmz on and off
ports added that bf uses 
dns changed from google to ISP and to cloudflare 
firewalls checked and off/on

secure boot on and off
hdd firmware updates
motherboard actually needed a firmware update
everything updated 10fold
whitelisted into my AV/Threat software etc 

tried with vpn

disabled all network sharing within game options


i only have this issue with EA/BF - i downloaded BFV to check and still same issue there; so clearly there is a setting on their servers that doesnt like something on mine and many others ends and we have no idea how to fix ...... ugh

Pop up a few times in top right corner also, not always, just sometimes. 

yup, have this on 5 different accounts and two different computers. I will play for about 20- 30 mintues and then it will kick me out and throw this error. Im always in the middle of the leaderboard so idk what it is...

Apparently the error means that your account got flagged and you are now banned, yyou can check this by downloading your data from the ea website. The only thing you can do is submit a ticket for a appeal but its doubtful they will appeal it

It is in fact a ban. After researching 5 plus hours today I figured it out. Go to ea website and download your ea data files and look at them. Got the same issue and my only guess is the game flagged MSI after burner and or Riva statistics tuner. As those are the only two things I run in the background on my pc.. filed an appeal but no telling how it’s going to turn out.. have had the same account since 2015..

count me in as part of this shadow banned bs. downloaded my data and it has some sort of ban that started on the day I attempted to login to the early access period of the beta. i had a code as well from twitch.

some sort of "competetive advantage" crap. i havent touched an EA product for close to a year and somehow i get this.

unsure of what would cause this.  maybe stream deck software? or NZXT performance monitor software?

not sure what to do at this point.
