Weird issue, symptoms extremely consistent. I launch the game, I'm able to play fine without issue for a minimum of 5 but a maximum of 6 minutes. I can change my loadout, load firing range, even connect and play Conquest matches - until I hit the the 5-6 minute mark, at which point the screen goes black, the splash screen pops up, and I get told typically "Failed to connect to EA servers" and always the generic "Unknown error has occurred", there is never any error beyond these. If I reconnect, I'll be booted out within 20 seconds until I restart the game, which gives me another 5-6 minutes. The 5-6 minute mark starts immediately upon connecting to the game, as it does not matter whether I'm in Conquest or sitting at the main menu, I will always get thrown back to the splash screen within specifically 5-6 minutes.
I've tried just about everything I can possibly think of:
- Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, and GPT are all set.
- Over Ethernet, over WiFi, over mobile data.
- EA App, Steam, w/ overlays, w/o overlays, w/ admin rights.
- Reinstalled and repaired several times each.
- Closing everything running in the background.
- C Drive (SSD + OS), D Drive (HDD).
- Restarting game, restarting PC, restarting router.
- Updated drivers, updated windows, updated and even reinstalled latest Nvidia driver.
- The ol' ipconfig /release, /flushdns, /renew.
- Praying to the dark arts.
