I can't even contact support, I make a "ticket" via "Contact Us" and submit, but I have no opened cases when I look at "My Cases"??? There's no way of getting actual support for your products, this is an absolute disgrace
I have same issue only thing I could find was saying it was a soft ban and could be fixed in 24hours
