The appeals appear to be open using the submission form found here: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/
They operate under UTC time, so just be aware of that when it comes to submission times.
I received a response and it says that they are right in blocking my account, 2 days of closed beta were going well, when the open beta opened I was banned, how long can I file an appeal?
Yes, I also received a response, they also made the right decision and yes, it turns out that it’s my own fault that I play well, thank you for saving my $100!

Hi, I’m joining this mass slaughter by EA with Battlefield 6.
I built my new PC on August 5 with Windows 11, got an access key for the game through Twitch, and started playing on August 7.
Due to compatibility issues with other titles and applications, I had to switch to Windows 10, and from there I re-downloaded the game and all the utilities I use.
On August 9, during a regular match, I was kicked out of the game. I thought it was a connection problem, so I rejoined, and then the same screen you see appeared.I looked around, but at that time these were the first cases. Then I read an article — “Electronic Arts blocks more than 300,000 attempts to cheat after launching Battlefield 6 beta” and I thought, “Wow, 300,000 cheaters in a single day?”
I found your discussion, so I decided to contact support via ticket, providing them with recordings and screenshots of some of my matches where the gameplay could clearly be seen.
They replied today with:Good morning,
Thank you for contacting us regarding the action taken on your account.
We have received your message and have carried out a full investigation into your account. After reviewing your case, we have determined that we have taken the correct actions in accordance with EA’s policies and procedures.
I kept reading news, and I stumbled upon a Steam discussion where someone commented:
yes u will get banned based off running software with low lvl access requirements. Fan controllers / rgb lights / custom temp readers all that jazz.
that’s how they get to 330,000 supposed attempts at “malicious activities”.
Also Ghub scripts, I got banned in another non-EA-related game after 1 match right after installing the game because I had a random GHub script running.
It’s best to give up on these types of games, it’s not worth the trouble.Others are complaining that EA banned people who had Valorant or LoL installed because its anti-cheat conflicted with those of other games.
What bothers me the most is that they DENY having made a mistake. They respond to tickets by simply saying “We are right, end of story” without telling you what they found or why. They close your ticket and invite you to reopen it — seriously?
I’ve been a user since 2017 with this account mainly linked to Xbox, and now I wanted to transfer and use it on PC. But given the company’s lack of seriousness and indifference, I stand with those who have canceled their orders.
Who would spend €70 only to get banned after a couple of days or weeks just because their anti-cheat decided so?
Well done, EA.I’ll add that the apps mentioned by you and in the Steam forum are all ones I use:
Afterburner for overclocking, RivaTuner for on-screen nerd stats, Razer for the PWM fan controller connected via USB, and SignalRGB for fan LEDs through Nollie8, also connected via the motherboard’s USB.
I also use a tweak called MemReduct (GitHub) to automatically free up RAM after a set number of processes or percentage of usage.Well done, EA. Nice move.
