I'm in the same boat with my 9070XT. Was playing last night and both my wife and I smelled something weird and found it was coming from my PC. PC went to all black screens shortly after, and after restarting and attempting to open Battlefield or a 3Dmark benchmark it would immediately black screen again. I put in my 2070 Super and everything is working fine. Tried swapping the 9070XT back in after fully uninstalling all drivers and it won't show picture, but the fans and led are operational. 2070s is still working fine after installing again under stress tests.
Game was set to auto graphics at 1440p.
Specs - Ryzen 5800x, PowerColor 9070XT Hellhound, Asus TUF X570, 850w PSU
