Missing Equipment After Revive & Black Screen Bug

1- After the match ends, I automatically enter the match to play again, but after finding a match, it stays on a black screen and kicks me out of the match. I can't enter, so I have to exit and re-enter the game.
2- After my teammate revived me, none of my equipment appeared in my hands.
