    Moving the game from my NVME to main SSD (C) fixed the issue

Having the same issue; happens frequently, but not all the time.  Not sure what causes it.  Sometimes from a revive, sometimes on a new game.  You spawn in with all of your stuff, but nothing but the laser is rendering.   Occasionally, no one renders and all you see is laser sights glowing.  Kinda funny, but not playable.
