BF6 black/bluescreen crashes, no errors, dx12 errors

I am having a mare, for the last 5 hours I've been trying to get this to work. I get blackscreens with no error, bluescreens, Dx errors like the screenshots. When the game loads which is like 20% of the time, I can go through the menu/settings and even load the firing range with no issues, but as soon as I try to go into a game it crashes on the loading screen. The screenshots attached are when I do actually see an error, which is Dx12 passing to a D: drive (which I don't have) so that explains it, but doesn't tell me how to fix, as I can't unmount a drive I dont have. I've checked all drivers, updated everything, ran anticheat first as admin, ran game as admin, ran game with -d3d11, -dx11, -dx12 etc etc, loaded through steam and EA app, changed graphics drivers to an older version, I've basically tried everything on every forum to no avail and im losing my marbles. Does anyone have any ideas or fixed something similar? specs:
Overclockers gaming calcite
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700KF (3.40 GHz)
teamgroup delta 64.0 GB DDr5 6200MHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER

No issues with any other game, runs everything fine including 2042, though I've seen this exact error in a 2042 post which mentions a fix which I tried to no avail. Helpmeeeeee!!

  • I had the same issue. There is a issue with the 13th 14th gen intel cpu, when playing games that run frostbite and unreal engine 5. A bios update for that was released. So installed that and solved all blue screen and other crashing issues. I9 13900k asus tuf gaming mb

Wish I had a fix bro, I can play for like 10 minutes before a BSOD. Im guessing its probably an issue with the 14th Gen of Intel CPUs and only EA can fix that.

Remember to enable xmp and check secure boot is still enabled, after installation.

So the TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI did have another BIOS update to stabilize the 14th Gens further. Installed it, its number is 1820, will report back if it works

2 1/2 Matches in, no crash, evil_noodle mightve been on the money. If you have ASUS they have an EZ Flash Utility under their BIOS settings in Boot. Here's a vid, https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1012815/ , have used it like 3 times to update ASUS TUF BIOS and its sick af. Make sure to use a FAT32 Formatted USB or it might cause a weird error that wont let you Flash it from your SSD/HDD/NVME etc
