Bug Report - Phantom damage and no healing

I spawned in earlier today on Siege of Cairo and immediately ran into a small alcove, then took some unexplained damage while I was inside the building. No enemies or explosions nearby. My health went down to about 1/8 and then it stayed there. I waited for over a minute and never started health regen, even with a supply box right next to me.

I believe this may be part of the known issue:

• Players have been reporting some rare cases of random damage when spawning in the map. They're looking into it.
