Hello, I am participating in the Battlefield 6 beta on Xbox Series X, but I am unable to play Conquest or any other standard mode. The only mode that appears and works is Breakthrough Initiation.When I click on Conquest (or any other mode), nothing happens — the lobby does not load, and I remain on the mode selection screen. I have:Restarted my Xbox and my home console settingsCleared cache / power-cycledFully reinstalled the betaMatched server region and cross-play settings with my brother (same household)Tried on different days and at different timesOn the same network and platform, my brother’s account can join Conquest without any issues. Same issue. EA won’t respond to me. This is absolute garbage. I’ve tried everything

I have the exact same problem. Can we get some gold packs when the game drops as compensation

Can’t play any mode except Breakthrough Initiation

Hello,

I am participating in the Battlefield 6 beta on Xbox Series X, but I am unable to play Conquest or any other standard mode. The only mode that appears and works is Breakthrough Initiation.

When I click on Conquest (or any other mode), nothing happens — the lobby does not load, and I remain on the mode selection screen. I have:

Restarted my Xbox and my home console settings
Cleared cache / power-cycled
Fully reinstalled the beta
Matched server region and cross-play settings with my brother (same household)
Tried on different days and at different times

On the same network and platform, my brother’s account can join Conquest without any issues. This strongly suggests that my EA account has been incorrectly placed in a restricted playlist or matchmaking pool.

Could you please reset my account’s matchmaking/playlist assignment so I can access Conquest and the other beta modes?

Can confirm I have this issue as well and did all of the steps and still no results. Like OP said at the end, It does feel like I'm being barred at the door because I'm somehow blacklisted, but I don't know how when this is a new game on a new anti-cheat and I haven't played a single round

Exact Same issue, been happening since Friday night.

Cannot access anything except for Breakthrough initiation and once I hit level 15 I won't be able to play anything except for Shooting Range

I find it interesting that some people are having this problem. I can play all of the regular modes, but starting today I can't play Breakthrough Initiation at all. It doesn't even show up. Because I've played so much of the co-op mode in Battlefront II, I was wanting to more closely examine how bots behave in this game today. Oh well.
