Cannot even get into the queue, error code 1:86001S:51001S:20123264140:65541Q
I was a BF labs participant, got an email that I have early access. I tried the game on the preload two days ago, got in no issue and set up my settings. Today, when I launch the game I immediately get this error every time:
QR code leads to a 404 error nonexisting page. Cannot find a single thread online mentioning the same error code.
What does the code mean and what should I do?
I am launching the game on PC through Steam with correctly linked Steam-EA accounts. Verifying game files does not help.
Well, I fixed my problem, it was on my end. Specifically my issue was that there was a router setting on my Synology router in Security > Network Protection, specifically "Threat Intelligence database" that was turned on and was mistakenly blocking an authentication process of some kind in the game's loading screen.
The issue could be fixed simply by ticking "Threat Intelligence database" off, but what I have noticed, is that the automatic updates for that database in my router specifically were turned off and were about 4 years outdated, updating them fixed my issue without having to turn the protection off.
Maybe I can help a poor soul that encounters a similar problem as me and saves them 10 hours of hopeless troubleshooting, like I had to do.
