Hey guys,

I got a code for the BF6 EA via Twitch. My Twitch Account is connected to EA Play, and I redeemed my code on my account. So far so good, but it does not appear in my Library. Neither can I see any proof of my Key actually being redeemed (besides when I try to enter it again, it says obviously, that it has already been redeemed).

PC and EA App have both been restarted. Can someone provide any help so that I am able to play on time?

Oh, one more Info: I redeemed it through the EA App on my PC because the website (Code-Einlösung in Battlefield 6 – Electronic Arts) was broken at that time

Yes, I am aware of the fact that EA can't help with 3rd Party keys. But the Key is functional, as you can see in the screenshot. And like I said, the redeeming *worked* when I did it, that's why it's not possible anymore to redeem it again.
