Delayed Damage (Glitch?)

I noticed I got hit but didn't take any damage for a couple of seconds. My screen had blood splatter to say I got hit but not direction hit indication or damaged taken for maybe a second or 2 . I should also add I have the network performance icons on so if I was having network issue you would of saw them. But they didn't show meaning there was no network issues on my side or there not working. It is a beta
