EA beta access code not being received

I have a friend in NY who is trying to get into the beta.
He requested the EA code but he hasn’t received it on his email.

I told him that it could be EA’s system being overwhelmed and told him to try abit later.

Anyone else having any issue in the US or anywhere else?
